Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from a CODA accredited U.S. dental school or foreign equivalent
- Completion of a CODA approved Residency Program
- Certified to administer IV Moderate Sedation
- GPR training
- Eligibility for a South Carolina dental license
- Applicants must have a clinical, scholarly, and/or academic record consistent with each appointment level in the South Carolina School of Medicine.
