About The Position

With more than 45,000 extractions performed, we have developed a streamlined model focused on delivering efficient, high-quality care to patients seeking relief from dental pain. Unlike many traditional dental organizations, our providers are able to focus on patient care and clinical excellence without the distractions of complex insurance processes, production quotas, or sales-driven treatment plans. We are seeking experienced Dentists to join our clinical team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy performing extractions, value patient-centered care, and are looking for an environment that allows them to concentrate on clinical dentistry. As a member of our team, you will provide extraction-focused treatment while working alongside experienced support staff in a fast-paced and highly efficient practice setting. Our fee-for-service model allows providers to focus on what matters most—helping patients receive the treatment they need quickly and efficiently. By concentrating exclusively on extractions and urgent dental care, we’ve created a practice environment that values simplicity, quality, and provider autonomy.

Requirements

• Active Florida Dental License required
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship abilities

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
• Experience performing simple and surgical extractions preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and surgical extraction procedures
