Having performed more than 45,000 extractions, we have built a reputation for delivering efficient, high-quality care while maintaining a simple, patient-focused approach. Our providers enjoy an environment designed around clinical care rather than production targets. By eliminating many of the complexities associated with traditional dental practices, our team can focus on what matters most—helping patients find relief quickly and safely. We are seeking experienced Dentists to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This position is ideal for providers who enjoy extraction procedures, value patient relationships, and want to work in a practice that prioritizes clinical autonomy and quality outcomes. You’ll work alongside an experienced support team in a streamlined setting dedicated to urgent dental care and oral surgery services.
Requirements
- Active Florida Dental License required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
- Experience performing surgical and routine extractions preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment recommendations
- Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Discuss treatment options and post-operative instructions with patients
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Adhere to all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
