SAGE DENTAL is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to help patients understand and act on their treatment plans. This role involves working alongside the clinical team to present cases, explain insurance benefits, and remove barriers to care, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their next steps. Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
- Excellent communication and case-presentation skills

- Experience with Dentrix dental software
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs
- Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight
- Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor
- Partner with the clinical team to remove barriers to care
