Requirements

  • Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial options.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills without being pushy.
  • Positive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a private practice.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • Experience explaining complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
  • Experience presenting payment options to patients and arranging patient financing.
  • Experience with a dental EMR system.
  • Team player with experience coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Conversational to fluent Spanish.
  • Experience in dental treatment coordination or healthcare sales is preferred.
  • Experience with insurance verification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
