1-2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a private practice.
Fluent in English required.
Experience explaining complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
Experience presenting payment options to patients and arranging patient financing.
Experience with a dental EMR system.
Team player with experience coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Conversational to fluent Spanish.
Experience in dental treatment coordination or healthcare sales is preferred.
Experience with insurance verification is preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
