About The Position

The Dental Treatment Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for new patients, ensuring a seamless experience from lead to consultation. This role involves presenting treatment plans and financial options confidently, handling high-value cases ($10,000–$50,000+), managing patient follow-ups, appointments, and scheduling efficiently using our CRM and Open Dental. The coordinator will collaborate with doctors during patient consultations and take ownership of closing treatment plans, as well as provide solutions for patient financing via third-party providers (Proceed, Cherry, CareCredit). The ideal candidate will exhibit empathy, professionalism, and strong communication while maintaining a high conversion rate. This role offers an opportunity to grow into an Office Manager position with mentorship and training.

Requirements

1+ year experience as a dental treatment coordinator
Strong sales aptitude and comfort presenting high-value treatment plans.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
High drive, confidence, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Presentable, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in office management is a plus but not required.
