About The Position

The Dental Team Leader supports the mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily dental office operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a possible half day on Friday. The role oversees patient scheduling, collections and receivables, supply procurement, and other operational expenses. It monitors staff productivity and supports the team as needed. The Team Leader also manages staff training on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties, and compliance. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked. Requirements

At least one year of experience as a team lead in a dental office.
Experience leading a team.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
