About The Position

As a Dental Services Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Dental Department. You will supervise all clinical and non-clinical staff in the clinic and laboratory. This role reports directly to the NSC Administrator.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least 3 years of job-related experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Dental staff.
• Oversee scheduling of staff dentists and additional support staff.
• Monitor department budget closely and regularly.
• Ensure the quality of patient care provided.
• Interpret State and Federal regulations to insure all requirements are met in the Dental Department.
• Requisition general supplies, medication supplies and capital equipment.
• Maintain a perpetual inventory system.
• Maintain accurate statistical records.
• Insure proper documentation of all records.
• Handle front desk functions such as answering phones, patient check in & check out, patient scheduling and registration as needed.
• Oversee external vendors for dental lab services.
