About The Position

The Field Sales Intern will support Brasseler’s sales organization by calling on dental offices with direction from field leadership to drive sales growth and increase customer acquisition. This role provides hands-on exposure to professional B2B field sales within the dental industry, balancing real-world selling experience with structured learning aligned to the intern’s academic focus. Interns will gain experience in customer engagement, territory execution, product positioning, and sales fundamentals while representing the Brasseler brand in the field.

Requirements

Learn core field sales skills, including prospecting, customer conversations, and follow-up
Gain familiarity with Brasseler products, sales tools, and sales processes
Develop understanding of professional selling, territory management, and customer relationships
Strong time management and organization skills
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Must have car, current valid drivers license, and required insurance.

Responsibilities

Call on dental offices to support sales growth and new customer acquisition
Represent Brasseler products and value proposition in a professional, customer-facing manner
Partner with District Sales Managers and field leadership on territory priorities
Assist with account follow-ups, prospecting activities, and pipeline development
Participate in ride-along field visits and sales meetings
Support special sales initiatives and promotional programs
Complete assigned projects that align with academic learning objectives
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
