Requirements

• 1+ year of dental or medical front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
• Comfort with dental software and scheduling systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a polished, welcoming first impression
• Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions in a professional, patient-friendly manner
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and support front office financial processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Coordinate with clinical team to support efficient patient flow
• Handle sensitive patient information with strict HIPAA compliance
• Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients in a surgical setting
