About The Position

This is not a traditional front desk position. As a Dental Receptionist at Diamond Braces, you will be one of the first people our patients meet and an important part of helping them confidently move forward with orthodontic treatment. This role combines customer service, patient coordination, relationship building, and consultative sales to create an exceptional patient experience while helping drive office growth.

• Present Financial Options: Discuss pricing and payment options confidently and transparently.
• Handle Objections: Address concerns with empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Support Treatment Acceptance: Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment.
• Manage Office Flow: Maintain organized scheduling and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate With the Team: Work closely with doctors, clinical teams, and office leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience.
