About The Position

As the Dental Practice Manager, you're not just managing an office; you're the maestro of smiles, the wizard of operations, ensuring each patient leaves happier and healthier. The role is part of the Operations department, which is considered the heartbeat of the castle. The Dental Practice Manager will transform patient scheduling into a seamless dance of efficiency, balance the potion of quality care and operational wizardry within the gold pouch (budget!), cast growth spells through enchanting marketing and promotional strategies, rally a fellowship of dental champions, training them in the ancient arts of top-tier service, and uphold the sacred scrolls of compliance and ensure our castle shines to the highest standards. Requirements

Experience in dental management is fantastic, but leadership charm is key if not.
Knowledge of dental billing and insurance is great, but training will be provided.
Self-motivated, change-embracing, and a beacon of positivity.
