About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our well-established endodontic specialty practice in Stoughton. In this key leadership role, you will oversee business operations, support and develop a high-performing team, and help ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience. As a practice committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality endodontic care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment, we are looking for a proactive leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for driving practice growth while fostering a positive team culture. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a dental practice
  • 3+ years of experience in supervising and leading a large team

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of Business Operations
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality care through efficient workflows, aligning with clinical outcomes and KPIs
  • Oversee financial performance, manage budget, review financial reports, address discrepancies, and implement cost-reduction strategies
  • Develop annual budgets, manage revenue cycle, ensure timely posting of charges and demographics
  • Collaborate with leadership team to execute strategic plan, including practice growth and performance initiatives
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team, ensuring goal alignment and addressing operational challenges
  • Implement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective communication
  • Act as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality
  • Design and optimize staffing models, manage talent through, training, evaluations, and counseling
  • Hiring, onboarding and training new team members
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned
