Overview We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing KPIs and business performance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Dental or healthcare experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Experience in multi-location or group practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
- Drive production, collections, and key performance metrics

- Partner with doctors to align clinical and business goals
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and overall efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and budgets
- Ensure excellent patient service and resolve concerns
