About The Position

As a Dental Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you would be responsible for keeping dental schedules current and correct and maximizing clinic templates. You would also keep patients informed of dental appointment details.

Requirements

One year of experience in customer service
Utilizing data entry skills
Preferably in a medical or dental office setting
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Dental Record (EDR) preferred
Some dental office experience a plus

Nice To Haves

One year call center or reception experience
Some dental office experience a plus
Experience with underserved populations and cultural competency is ideal
