About The Position
The Dental Patient Service Representative works as part of the administrative and dental office team performing those clerical duties necessary to prepare patients for visit.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalence
- A minimum of one (1) year receptionist or secretarial experience.
- Computer literate.
- Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques.
- The ability to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone with other staff, the public, the patients and the medical staff of Broward Community Family.
- The ability to effectively perform the several duties that are part of the medical office activities, including the ability to perform basic mathematical functions consistently and correctly.
