Dental Operations Manager
About The Position
Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Dental Operations Manager in any Horizon location. The Dental Operations Manager will serve as a member of the Operations Management Team and oversees the day-to-day operations of all dental clinics and to lead implementation of approved practices while supporting, motivating, and influencing the clinic teams. Successful candidates for the Dental Operations Manager should be passionate about providing high quality, patient centered care. Horizon Health offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities. This position is open only to candidates residing in South Dakota or a neighboring state. Telework arrangement will only be considered for those located in South Dakota or neighboring state.

Responsibilities
- Lead the clinic staff within each location to support Horizon’s Mission, Vision, Core Values and Horizon Way Non-Negotiables.
- Coordinate with other leaders to assist in setting organizational strategies, including but not limited to setting organizational project priorities, determine organizational project capacity, determine grant funding potential, and setting of quality initiatives.
- Management functions of Horizon’s dental service line include directing the function of recruitment, retention, training, scheduling, and evaluating support staff.
