Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1+ year of dental front desk experience (required; specialty experience preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with dental software and insurance processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage front desk operations including phones, scheduling, confirmations, and check-in/check-out
• Maintain accurate patient records and enter data efficiently
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Verify insurance information and collect payments as needed
• Answer patient questions regarding appointments, procedures, and billing
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to office protocols at all times
