Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Denticon experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries professionally
  • Greet patients and create a seamless check-in and check-out experience
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry
  • Verify patient information and provide general practice information
  • Process payments and support basic financial clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to support smooth patient flow
  • Handle filing, record maintenance, and other front office administrative tasks
  • Present cases to patients and maintain a professional, patient-friendly demeanor
