About The Position
Sage Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our growing practices. If you've run a busy dental office before — especially a multi-dentist practice — and you're ready to do it with the backing of the leading DSO in the Southeast, this is the role for you.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
- Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, hitting Sage's operational and clinical performance goals
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team
- Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices
- Resolve patient and staff escalations professionally and quickly
- Partner with regional leadership on staffing, growth, and quality initiatives
