As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, operations-focused Office Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing culture. As the Office Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the practice. You will provide strong leadership to a dedicated team of dental professionals, optimize daily workflows, ensure an outstanding patient experience, and drive accountability across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operational management and strategic practice growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Dental Office Manager.
  • A strong, demonstrable background in dental operations management and driving practice performance.
  • Solid knowledge of dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, or similar systems).
  • Deep understanding of dental insurance verification, billing processes, and collections.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • A patient-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence, paired with a self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly accountable work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the entire team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee all daily practice operations, including scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and front office performance to optimize productivity.
  • Manage patient accounts, insurance processing, billing, and collections to ensure the financial health and success of the practice.
  • Implement, maintain, and refine efficient systems, workflows, and operational protocols.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members to support long-term professional and practice growth.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, structured coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with company standards, HIPAA regulations, and all applicable industry policies.
  • Partner closely with doctors and leadership to align on business metrics and successfully achieve production, collection, and growth goals.
