Clear Smiles Dental is looking for an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to lead the front office operations at our Pembroke Pines location. We are a patient-focused dental office that values professionalism, teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing daily office operations, supporting a dental team, improving patient flow, and helping a growing practice run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Dental office management or dental front office leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, claims, treatment plans, and collections
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using dental practice management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, administrative team members, and patients

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front office team with professionalism and accountability
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Oversee treatment plan presentation, financial arrangements, and patient communication
  • Monitor insurance verification, claims, billing, aging reports, and collections
  • Help ensure a smooth patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
  • Coordinate with clinical team members to maintain efficient daily workflow
  • Track office performance goals and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for administrative staff
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, patient privacy standards, and professional service expectations
  • Handle patient concerns with care, professionalism, and timely follow-up
