AZ Cosmetic and Family Dentistry in Glendale, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Dental Office Assistant - Treatment Coordinator to consult with our patients about their treatment, submit claims, and collect payments. Responsibilities

Consult with patients about their treatment.
Submit claims.
Collect payments.
Meet with patients each day and help them understand their individualized treatment plans.
Address any concerns patients have and help them see the benefits of going forward as well as the consequences of delaying or foregoing treatment.
Submit insurance claims or map out a payment plan.
Follow up with patients, making sure they are satisfied and ensuring that payment is made in full.
