About The Position

At our Gladstone office, we do dentistry differently. Our mission is clear: we put patients in control of their health. We don’t sell dentistry. We partner with patients to help them understand what health can look like, and walk with them on the journey to get there. As our Treatment Coordinator, you are more than a scheduler or an insurance verifier — you are a health advocate, a problem solver, and a patient guide. You help people move beyond the barriers of time, money, and fear, and into a life of stability, confidence, and wellness.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of dental experience is required
Confidence in discussing clinical needs and financial options with patients
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in dental terminology, insurance processes, and EHR systems
A calm, compassionate presence with a problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

Build trust through authentic conversations about care, cost, and outcomes
Coordinate care plans that are personalized, strategic, and designed to create lasting health
Guide patients through the logistics of treatment: scheduling, financing, insurance, and follow-up
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure seamless patient experiences
Anticipate and remove obstacles before they arise — because patients deserve peace of mind
Keep detailed, accurate records in our digital health platforms
Serve as the go-to person for patients with questions, concerns, or hesitations
