The role involves promoting a welcoming environment, fabricating and repairing dental prosthetics according to prescriptions, interpreting dental data, utilizing both traditional and digital technologies, selecting and manipulating dental materials, performing repairs and adjustments, conducting quality assurance, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, documenting maintenance, managing warranties, maintaining a clean and safe lab, documenting case work, managing invoices and statements, proper storage of patient cases, collaborating with dental professionals, staying current with best practices, maintaining CDT credentials, providing technical guidance, and managing inventory.
