About The Position

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Dental Lab Technician 1 to support the creation of implant-based dental prosthetics. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build foundational dental laboratory skills while contributing to patient outcomes. The technician works in a collaborative clinical environment with doctors and dental team members, under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager or most senior technician, following established procedures and exercising sound judgment for individual cases. The position is full-time and pays $24–$28 per hour. Requirements

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10-hour shifts.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Nice To Haves

Previous dental laboratory experience.
CDT certification or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program.

Responsibilities

Set up and clean laboratory work areas daily.
Disinfect incoming dental materials from clinical teams.
Pour dental impressions and mount casts.
Assist in processing acrylic resins using injection techniques.
Use dental laboratory materials, including impression materials, plasters, stones, waxes, acrylics, and composites.
Operate laboratory equipment such as hand tools, dental lathes, handpieces, presses, and flasks.
Scan dental casts using 3D scanning technology.
Follow established procedures and use sound judgment on a case-by-case basis.
Collaborate with doctors and team members to support patient-specific solutions.
