Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician
About The Position
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring an entry-level bilingual Dental Lab Technician to help create patients’ smiles within 24 hours. The position includes 3–4 months of hands-on paid training at the company’s lab in Salt Lake City, Utah. Training travel expenses, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, will be covered. Training will take place onsite at the closest center. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, increasing to $32.00 per hour after training. Shifts start between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m., Monday through Friday, and last 8.5 hours. The position may require working overnight or during the day as needed. The technician reports directly to the Center Manager.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must be willing to work overnight or during the day if needed.
- Maintain a professional presentation and follow Nuvia’s dress code.
- Attend 3–4 months of hands-on paid training at the lab in Salt Lake City, Utah, and travel to the closest center for onsite training.
Responsibilities
- Perform the processes assigned to create patients’ smiles within 24 hours.
- Finish work on or before assigned deadlines.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize cases as needed.
- Maintain communication with the Center Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and CAM departments, and the rest of the lab team.
- Help lift chairs, desks, and boxes when needed.
