About The Position

NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is hiring a full-time Dental Lab Technician Trainee. The role offers paid on-the-job training for candidates without dental experience, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities. Regular hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday; hours may change from time to time.

The trainee reads dentist prescriptions and specifications and learns to produce bite rims, custom trays, relines, and prepared models. The position also includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read, listen to, comprehend, retain, and execute written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; paid on-the-job training is provided.
