About The Position
HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our mission-driven dental team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care while making a meaningful impact in communities with limited access to dental services. A sign-on bonus is available, as well as a productivity bonus paid twice per year. Employees may apply for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, offering potential student loan repayment while earning a competitive salary.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
- Current Ohio RDH license
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and operatories for exams and procedures
- Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
- Take vital signs and required radiographs
- Conduct oral health assessments and charting
- Perform scaling, root planing, fluoride treatments, sealants, and recall visits
- Provide patient education and support
