The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, family-friendly dental practice in the Edina area to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to their team. The practice is a warm, family-oriented general dentistry office with a tight-knit, supportive clinical team, focusing on patient relationships and quality care with an efficient workflow and clearly structured appointments.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
- Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
- Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working Fridays as part of a full-time schedule
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SoftDent or paper charting is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope hygiene care, including: Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- X-rays (including FMX), probing, and charting
- Partner closely with the dentist during comprehensive new patient visits
- Support a smooth, efficient patient flow
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
