Androscoggin Dental Group is hiring a periodontal-driven Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to practice evidence-based hygiene in a supportive, doctor-led environment—with compensation tied to performance, not just time in the chair. Requirements

• Maine-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Team-oriented, positive mindset
• Passion for periodontal health, prevention, and patient outcomes
• Comfortable being measured and rewarded on performance

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based hygiene in a supportive, doctor-led environment.
