About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist who loves building strong, one-on-one relationships with patients to join our office! You’ll be the primary hygienist, playing a key role in shaping the patient experience and making a real impact every day—while being supported by a tenured, fun, and welcoming team that truly enjoys working together. Whether you're looking for full-time consistency or part-time flexibility, we’re happy to work with your schedule.

Requirements

• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff

Nice To Haves

• Ability to travel between locations preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and application of cavity preventative agents such as fluorides and sealant applications
• Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient's periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act
• You are in Control of your Schedule. As a dental hygienist with us, you work with the front office staff on how to best schedule your appointments. We want you to maximize your time with each patient and not feel rushed.
• In addition, you work with the dentist(s) and support staff in the office to build a robust recall program.
