As a Dental Hygienist at Chandler Dentistry, you are the cornerstone of our preventative and periodontal wellness programs. Working with modern diagnostic technology, you will deliver highly customized care, build trusting relationships with our patient family, and work hand-in-hand with our doctors to co-diagnose restorative and cosmetic needs.

Requirements

  • Valid Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
  • Soft-Tissue Laser Certification is required (or a strong commitment to finalizing certification prior to start).
  • Strong understanding of periodontal staging, therapeutic codes, and modern hygiene workflows.
  • Comfortable using digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and modern dental practice management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, patient-first preventive care, including detailed oral prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
  • Utilize Soft-Tissue Laser Certification to administer advanced periodontal therapy protocols safely and effectively.
  • Execute precise digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and comprehensive periodontal charting to identify early markers of decay and systemic gum disease.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, systemic health connections, and custom home-care routines with a warm, empathetic approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with our front office and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient tracking and perfect schedule flow.
