We’re looking for a passionate and patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a 2-day part-time basis. Our Richmond Hill practice is designed with both patients and providers in mind. From a welcoming front desk experience to fully equipped, private treatment rooms, everything is set up to support efficiency, comfort, and high-quality care. We serve a diverse and loyal patient base, allowing hygienists to build lasting relationships while practicing comprehensive care in a collaborative, multi-provider setting.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program (required)
• Active NY State Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification (required)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on quality care

Nice To Haves

• 1–2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Local anesthesia certification (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies
• Capture and interpret digital x-rays
• Identify periodontal and restorative needs and collaborate with the dentist
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
• Support a smooth, efficient daily schedule and patient flow
