About The Position

Superior Family Dentistry is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join its family-oriented, community-focused practice in Superior, Wisconsin. The practice emphasizes long-standing relationships with patients and families, quality care, and a supportive, collaborative team culture. The position is scheduled for two days per week, with the specific days open for discussion during the interview. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The hygienist will provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients about oral health and long-term wellness, build relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional patient experience. New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation is $45–$48 per hour based on experience, with additional monthly earning potential and uncapped bonus potential. Benefits include a 401(k) with a match.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
