About The Position
Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist! We're looking for a Dental Hygienist to provide maternity leave coverage from January - March 2027 At Smiles 4 Kids Nampa, we create smiles that last a lifetime by making every visit a Kidsperience! We’re on the lookout for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Dental Hygienist who has a current license that thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing outstanding care to our kiddos and their caregivers.
Requirements
- Current license & graduation from a dental hygiene school is required
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred, but we will train the right person!
Nice To Haves
- Additional certification or training is a plus
- Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Chart conditions based on Doctor's diagnosis
- Deliver high quality patient care
- Assist with administering local injectable anesthetic
- Screen patients to include a full medical history and take patient vital signs
- Set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation
- Prepare reports and assist with patient reception, telephone calls, routine triage and other office duties as required.
