We’re seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our Sun Valley team—someone who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.

Requirements

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and the connection between oral and overall health
• Perform patient assessments, charting, and periodontal evaluations
• Take and review digital X-rays as needed
• Partner closely with dentists to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
