Requirements

  • Recent graduate or licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Willingness to learn and develop strong clinical and patient education skills
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork, patient care, and a growth-focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certification to administer local anesthesia (state-specific) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform comprehensive patient assessments under guidance, including medical history reviews, dental charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral cancer screenings
  • Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride treatments, and teeth whitening
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans with mentorship from experienced providers
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care best practices
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences
