You’ll ensure every patient feels safe, every procedure runs smoothly, and every smile is crafted with care.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
- Current CPR certification is a must.
- Trained by an Accredited Dental Assistant School.
- 1+ years of experience is preferred.
- Anticipation: You’re always one step ahead of the doctor’s needs.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with electronic dental records and computer systems.
- Character: You are respectful, independent, and genuinely nice.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the dentist to provide high-quality clinical care and seamless chairside assistance.
- Calmly walk patients and parents through treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
- Master the art of operatory setup, equipment maintenance, and clinical documentation.
- Anticipate the needs of the doctor and keep the office humming.
