About The Position

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time | High-Earning Potential. Are you a motivated Dental Hygienist looking to grow in a fast-paced, patient-focused office with strong earning potential and a supportive team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic RDH to join our thriving practice! Office Hours: full time 38+ hours per week, within hours of operation Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 per month required) What We Offer: Competitive pay + commission-based bonus structure (unlimited earning potential!) Requirements

  • Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
  • Current CPR certification
  • Outstanding time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with periodontal therapy and adjunctive treatments
  • Familiarity with Open Dental, iTero, or digital systems
  • Knowledge of Open Dental

Responsibilities

  • Provide dental hygiene services to patients.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
  • Perform periodontal therapy and utilize adjunctive treatments.
  • Work collaboratively with a hygiene assistant and the dental team.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology for patient care.
