About The Position
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time | High-Earning Potential. We’re looking for an enthusiastic RDH to join our thriving practice! Office Hours: full time 38+ hours per week, within hours of operation Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 per month required) What We Offer: Competitive pay + commission-based bonus structure (unlimited earning potential!) Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Current CPR certification
- Outstanding time management and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience with periodontal therapy and adjunctive treatments
- Familiarity with Open Dental, iTero, or digital systems
- Knowledge of Open Dental
Responsibilities
- Provide dental hygiene services to patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Perform periodontal therapy and utilize adjunctive treatments.
- Work collaboratively with a hygiene assistant and the dental team.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology for patient care.
