About The Position

Dental One Associates Woodson Square is looking for a PRN Dental Hygienist in Fairfax, VA to join their clinical team. The role involves providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment, focusing on comprehensive, personalized care, patient comfort, and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. The Dental Hygienist will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals in a friendly, growth-oriented workplace.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
