Great Boca Smiles is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their team. They focus on employee growth through personalized coaching, a stress-free onboarding process, and ample time for patient care. The role offers collaboration and learning opportunities through virtual hygiene study clubs, departmental meetings, and group CE's. Hygiene Leads provide support and work with hygienists on solutions. The office utilizes cutting-edge technology, including diode lasers for bacterial reduction and AL software support, to ensure optimal patient care. The team enjoys building relationships through company picnics, holiday parties, and hygiene socials.

Requirements
