About The Position

StoneCreek Dental Care in Trussville is looking for a compassionate, patient‑focused Dental Hygienist (Part‑Time or Full‑Time) to join our growing team. As a Dental Hygienist at StoneCreek Dental Care, you will play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide comprehensive hygiene services while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for. Office Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM Thursday: 7:45 AM–2:00 PM We are open to Part‑Time (flexible 2–3 days/week) or Full‑Time candidates based on your availability and career goals.

Requirements

  • Active Alabama Dental Hygiene License
  • Strong communication and patient‑education skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and radiographs
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and charting
  • Complete enhanced oral cancer screening exams using adjunctive light technology
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, treatment needs, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Adhere to established standard‑of‑care protocols to ensure consistent, high‑quality clinical outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
  • Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment
