About The Position

Castle Dental in Round Rock, TX is looking for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist who’s ready to do great hygiene in a practice that’s growing, busy, and focused on patient care. This role offers a 3-day schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $55–$60/hour plus an uncapped production bonus. The practice provides a supportive clinical environment, opportunities to build lasting patient relationships, and is supported by Smile Brands, offering a community-practice feel with the resources of a larger organization.

Requirements

Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient care, education and prevention.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
