About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Winter Haven, Florida. This is a private practice dental hygiene role focused on preventive care and patient education. The position involves providing comprehensive hygiene treatment and periodontal services, collaborating closely with the Lead Dentist and clinical team, and managing an average patient volume of 7-8 patients daily. The role offers an opportunity to build patient relationships in a patient-centered environment with a focus on quality care, education, and long-term oral health outcomes. The practice is an established private practice setting with a modern office utilizing Dentrix software, a supportive and collaborative team culture, strong clinical leadership and mentorship, and a patient-focused care model. It is also a new graduate friendly environment.

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
• Degree In Dental Hygiene From An Accredited Program REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Comprehensive Hygiene Services REQUIRED
• Strong Patient Education Skills REQUIRED
• Commitment To Patient-Centered Care REQUIRED
• Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities
