Requirements

Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
Strong patient education and communication skills
Passion for preventive dentistry and improving patient health
Positive, team-focused mindset
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Partner with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based clinical protocols
Build long-term patient relationships that support continued care and health
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
