Requirements

  • Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Passion for preventive dentistry and improving patient health
  • Positive, team-focused mindset
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
  • Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
  • Partner with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based clinical protocols
  • Build long-term patient relationships that support continued care and health
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
