About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a part-time Dental Hygienist for Lennon Dental & Associates at 620 Main Street, Suite #1, Woburn, MA 01801. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The practice emphasizes one-hour recall appointments, quality patient care, and a modern setting focused on safety and compliance. The Dental Hygienist provides attentive, concierge-style care, supports patients’ oral health, performs hygiene procedures according to treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist, and documents patient information and treatment progress. The role also includes taking X-rays and intraoral images, providing at-home care instructions, and responding to emergencies during treatment. Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the respective state.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and detailed documentation.
• Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, concierge-style care and build trust with patients through exceptional chairside manners.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to support patients’ overall oral health.
• Document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take X-rays and intraoral images to assist with treatment planning and document progress or changes.
• Perform oral hygiene procedures according to treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
• Respond to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment using appropriate emergency measures.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.
