About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a patient-focused clinic where hygiene is a valued and essential part of care, within a flexible, part-time schedule that supports work-life balance. The clinic is cozy, fully equipped, and offers a strong, well-supported hygiene program with a flexible part-time schedule. The team culture is collaborative, respectful, and positive, serving a loyal, community-driven patient base. This role is a part-time position with temporary full-time hours available for maternity leave coverage, transitioning to permanent part-time. The schedule is Monday & Tuesday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM. Compensation is $60.00 - $64.00 per hour, depending on experience. New graduates are welcome to apply, but 1-2+ years of experience is preferred.

Requirements

Registered Dental Hygienist qualification
Ability to provide exceptional care and build meaningful relationships
Willingness to be a trusted partner in patients' long-term oral health

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
Perform oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and risk evaluations
Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and whole-body health connections
Build strong, ongoing relationships with a consistent re-care patient base
Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team on treatment planning
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Create a positive, comfortable patient experience that encourages long-term care
