Requirements

Active, unencumbered Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License.
Valid WA State Local Anesthesia and Restorative/Nitrous Oxide endorsements.
Proficiency or a high willingness to master digital dental tech, including intraoral photography and 3D digital scanning platforms.
An empathetic, communicative clinician who understands that building authentic rapport and patient trust is our #1 priority.
Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough oral prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and localized periodontal maintenance utilizing modern, minimally invasive ultrasonic instruments and advanced clinical protocols.
Partner with Dr. Lemon using modern intraoral cameras and iTero 3D digital scanners to educate patients visually, map out restorative opportunities, and perform meticulous periodontal charting.
Capture high-definition digital X-rays to accurately diagnose underlying bone health and subgingival calculus.
Educate patients on the connection between oral biofilm, periodontal status, and systemic wellness, personalizing home care regimens.
Maintain operatory hygiene and uphold infection control standards in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and Washington State Department of Health guidelines.
