Requirements
- Valid KY Hygiene License is required
- Ideal Certifications: N2O and Radiology
- Willing to travel and work at our 4 locations: Bowling Green, KY Glasgow, KY Hopkinsville, KY Goodlettsville, TN
Nice To Haves
- Valid TN Hygiene License is highly preferred (If not licensed in TN, the office is willing to help with this process)
